Applying Injector Trim Codes using Scan Tool
– Place the cursor in the correct trim code field
– Clear the previous code
– Scan the injector barcode
– Check that the correct injector trim code has been updated.
– Update the current trim code for all relevant injectors
– Click Apply Injector Trim Code Using Scan Tool2 Start to program all the injector trim codes to the Engine Control Module.

NOTE: US16 and previous engines use the E3 Unit Injectors, they are 9 character.
When scanned using the scan tool a 39 character string length trim codes will display in the injector field.

NOTE: All Common Rail Engine (US17 emissions and newer) will be using the F2 Injectors, they are 38 character trim codes.When scanned using the scan tool a 56 character string length will display in the Injector field.
