Doosan Machine Bypass Cut-off EPPR Valve Check (1)

6.1. Measure the input & output current of the bypass cutoff valve in certain condition

Ex) DX350LC-7, Normal outputs of bypass cutoff valve (Please refer the shop manual to check the exact value on each model)

 

The bypass valve opens while the engine is initially starting.

1) The bypass EPPR valve is open during engine startup (when at below 450 rpm): 0 mA

2) The bypass EPPR valve closes on the completion of engine startup (when at over 500 rpm): 600 mA

 

The bypass valve opens while the engine is warming up.

1) The bypass EPPR valve is open during engine warm-up (at a coolant temperature of below 15°C): 0 mA

2) The bypass EPPR valve closes on the completion of engine warm-up (at a coolant temperature of over 15°C): 600 mA

 

The bypass valve opens while the hydraulic oil is warming up.

1) The bypass EPPR valve is open during hydraulic oil warm-up using DMS-5: 0 mA

2) The bypass EPPR valve closes on the completion of hydraulic oil warm-up using DMS-5: 600 mA

 

The bypass valve opens in a VBO emergency.

1) The bypass EPPR valve is open during a VBO emergency: 0 mA

2) The bypass EPPR valve stays closed when not in a VBO emergency: 600 mA

 

6.2. Check the physical condition of the bypass cut-off EPPR valve

6.2.2. External damage

6.2.3. Short circuit
