When ignition is switched on, the ECU receives the ignition signal on X2 – 30, and at the same time, the time delay relay waits and activates after a minimum delay of 200 ms.
At this point, if all emergency stops are deactivated, the 24 V signal is sent to the ECU to indicate that it is ready to start.
The process is Impossible if one of this condition is active:
– E-Stop open
– Relay timer activation less than 200ms
– Fault code active ( red lamp, amber lamp)
