Bleed the hydraulic system

Set the pressure relief valve (1) to nominal load pressure +15 bar when the hydraulic system is at operating temperature.

 

After setting the valve, secure the setscrew with sealant.

The pressure relief valve factory pre-setting is 200 bar

 

Bleeding the Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system is bled via the bleed screw on the lift cylinders.

Torque the M6 bleed screw to M, = max. 7 Nm.

Line Break Safety Device Control

The maximum permissible lowering speed in the mast lift is 0.6 m/s.

Raise the lowering speed via the setscrew (2) until the line break safety devices are activated.

Do not completely unscrew the setscrew.

After testing, the lowering speed must be reset

lf the tolerance level is exceeded check and adjust the line break safety device setting, if necessary replace the line break safety device.

 

Lowering Speed Setting

When checking and setting the lowering speed, the load pickup device in the mast lift must be at 0.5 m/s +15%.

 

To reduce the lowering speed turn the setscrew (2) on the flow controller clockwise.

After setting the speed, secure the setscrew with sealant.
