Check the following items, before performing the troubleshooting procedure:

Possible causes
Wet spots on the upholstery panels or floor mats are an indication of water leakage or condensation.
To investigate the root cause, it is important to interview the driver for more details.
Ask the driver:
Where did you discover the first water trace in the cabin or the first wet interior panel?
What are the driving conditions when the water trace occurred?
What are the weather conditions when the water trace occurred?
How many people occupied the cabin?
Have any coffee machines, auxiliary heaters and/or other additional accessories been used in the cabin?
Are there water traces or wet interior panels before or after installing accessories on the cabin?

Condensation
Condensation is simply the water vapour caused by everyday living. Water is absorbed into the warm atmosphere of the cabin.
When the cabin cools down the water vapour condenses on cool surfaces, such as windows and roof panels.
Condensation is generally easy to spot when it forms on non-absorbent surfaces, for example windows or the roof hatch. Condensation can form on any surface and can be hard to noticed until peeling or damage occurs to the interior panels.
