Procedures:

Login with user ID and password

After vehicle identify,enter a work order number,here enter “DataMax”,click “Start Work”

This example fuel consumption data in US10

Select “Test” tag

After preparation conditions checking,select “Engine,Engine mounting and equipment”–>”General”–>”2008-08-03-05 Fuel Consumption Data”,then click “Start” to proceed.

Select “Volvo Engine with DataMax Enabled”

Click “Play” button to start test.

The vehicle life and trip report display total (life of vehicle) and trip information that is lagged by DataMax over the life of the vehicle and since the last reset of the service trip.

Note:If the total value are not sensible,for example if the total fuel consumed has an unrealistic value when compared to the total mileage,it is possible that the total values may have been test or incorrectly transferred when the vehicle ECU was replaced or reprogrammed at some point during the lifetime of the vehicle.There is no way to correct this situation.In this case,the trip information must be used.

To view product history exit the test

To print product history operation detail,click “Product History”

Click view detail

Then click print and save the file on desktop.
