How to Install STI Front Lip for Subaru STI Series Gray 2019

This instruction will show you the procedure of installing STI front lip on the 2019 Subaru STI series gray. Installation should be similar on all 2015+ WRX/STI models.

Procedure:

Clean up the area to make sure we can see all the marks which holes we’re going to drilling.

Prepare 3mm–>6mm–>–9.5mm metric bit, if you don’t have a metric bit set, so you can use standard sizes.

Here we use the 1/8″ the 15/64″ and 3/8″.

1/8″ bit drill holes

15/64″ do same things, get holes larger

3/8″ bit

Attached part for the sides only to mark the hole

Follow the edge and you can find the mark, same do the other side.

After drilling the hole, take the part off

Plug little pieces included in the hardware

Remove below marked clips that’s already attached to the bumper cause we’re going to replace it with one that came with the hardware set on the lip.

Amount the lip

Put the screws in those plastic clips on the corner. there the back and the sides because he holds it up for you.

It’s finished.
