Possible Cause:

1 Faulty solenoid coil.

2 Wire harness not connected to spool lock solenoid.

 

Diagnosis:

1 Check the spool lock solenoid coil resistance by multimeter. Resistance values shall be 37Ω.

2 Check the wire harness connection between spool lock solenoid & machine wire harness. Refer enclosed photograph for solenoid location.

 

Corrective Action:

3 Replace faulty solenoid coil.

4 Replace the faulty wire harness.
