How to Use FLEX Programmer to Clone BMW Bosch MDG1 ECU

This guide show you the procedures on how to use FLEX ECU tool to clone BMW Bosch MDG1 ECU.More ecu projects,please check here:ECU Chip Tuning/programming

 

Procedures:

Remove BMW MDG1 ECU from vehicle

Open FLEX software

 

According to the diagram to build connection between FLEX ECU programmer and old BMW Bosch MDG1 ECU

 

Click “Connect” button

Then FLEX ECU programmer reading the BMW Bosch MDG1 ECU data

Save the BMW Bosch MDG1 ECU data on your PC

Now disconnect old BMW Bosch ECU,and according the diagram to build connection between new BMW ECU and FLEX ECU programmer

And then,upload the the ECU data files you save just now from old one.

Disconnect and install the new BMW Bosch ECU on your vehicle
