Cause

Boost pressure sensor, boost pressure out of range. Possible causes are a leaking boost air pipe, a clogged exhaust line (DOC/DPF/SCR), a defective turbocharger, a defective wastegate actuator, or the engine is mechanically defective.

 

Consequences and remedy

Save the engine all log file.

 

Examine that the boost air system (piping and intercooler) is not leaking.

Examine that the fresh air-intake and air filter pressure alarm switch is not active.

Examine that the exhaust line is not clogged.

Remove the DEF dosing module from the exhaust line and examine the condition of the mixer.

Examine the condition of the turbocharger.
