How to Program Toyota HIACE Smart Key All key Lost

Today,I am going to share a key programming real case:How to program a new smart key for Toyota HIACE all key lost.Maybe you will not program for Toyota HIACE,but it has a certain reference value.

 

The difficulty of Toyota all key lost is remove the instrument cluster,so some device manufacturers develop function of no need removal.But there are many Toyota vehicle models,this function can not support.So you still need to remove the instrument cluster when you facing that model.

 

This Toyota HIACE can not supported by the function of no need removal,even the Tango can not communicate with it.So we need to perform the common operations:

 

You need to remove 3 parts:

1.Steering wheel column lock(under the steering wheel)

2.Immobilizer box(near evaporator)

3.Smart box(under the steering wheel)

 

Note:Some unprofessional locksimtchs believe that some toyota vehicles are not equipped with immobilizer box,such as YARiS L,VIOS,REIZ.They find it is trobule to remove the immobilizer box and no experience with the vehicle model,so they start programming key, after finding the smart box and steering wheel column.But it will get into the trouble when they programming key,because they haven’t changed the data file in the immobilizer box.

 

Smart box:

Open the cover of the smart box,and locate the 93C86 chip,then remove it by solder gun.

Read out the data file from the 93C86,then save it on your latop and change the data file by editor.There are 3 data options you need to change.

1. Mark as red:all from 000 line~090 line chang to “F”
2. Mark as blue:all from 016 line ~018 line change to “0”
3. Mark as red:all 390 line to last line 7F0 line change to “F”

After then save the new data file on your latop and re-write it back to the 93C86 chip and install the smart box back to car.

 

Immobilizer box:

Open the immo box,loacate the 93C46 chip and remove the it by solder.Then read out the data file and save it.There are also there position data need to change.

1. Mark as blue:change “67”to “85”
2. Mark as red:change ti to “0”
3. Mark as green:change it to “F”

After completing the data changing,it look like as below:

After then save the new data file on your latop and re-write it back to the 93C46 chip and install the immobilizer box back to car.

 

Steering wheel column:

The method to change the data file of steering wheel column is easy just like common Toytoa vehicle operation.Disassemble the steering wheel column,locate the 93C46 to remove it and read out he data file from it.Then open the data file to change data:

Keep the data “5555” before 020 line

Change other data digit to “F”

 

After completing above operations,you just need to add ne smart key by key programmer.The remote also work after programming.And finnally,connect the 4 pin to 13 pin by a wire for data synchronization,it will cost you about 45 minute.
