How to Perform Air Bleed for HTACHI ZX-6 Excavator

This instruction show you guide on how to use HITACHI MPDr to perform HITACHI ZX-6 air bleeing from the DEF/Adblue defrosting piping.

 

 

What You Need?

Hitachi Dr.ZX diagnostic Tool

Hitachi AllinOne MPDr v3.32 v2.25 2021 Diagnostic Software Free Download

 

 

Procedures:

1 Click [Air Bleeding from the DEF/Adblue Defrosting Piping].

2 Click [Start].
The forced operation is continued while “Executing” is displayed.
When “Excuting” icon disappears, the operation completes.
Click [Stop] if you want to stop the forced operation.

3 Turn the key swith OFF

 

 

Details steps:

Operate the coolant control vaive for 150 seconds.

Follow the belaw procedure.

[Procedures]

1) Turn the key switch ONL. (Be sure not to run the engine.)

2)Press the [Start] button.

3) Ensure that the [Executing] icon is displayed. Start the engine within 10 seconds.

4) After starting the engine. set the engine control disl to the full (fast idle) position

5)Maintain the full (fast idle) position until the remaining time becomes 0 second.

6)When the [Executing! icon disappears, the operation completes.

7) Turn the key switch OFF.
