BMW Engine Shaking and One Cylinder Misfire MS43 ECU Error Solution

One of customers’ BMW car engine is missing a cylinder. The engine is missing a cylinder,mainly means that one or more cylinders of the engine are not working properly. It is usually manifested as obvious intermittent exhaust gas flow from the car, and the exhaust pipe is shaking violently.

1Measure the sign for cylinder fire from ECU,it can not work well.

2Measure the wire diagram shortcut,it work well

So that mean the ECU damaged,need to remove ECU to repair it

 

Remove ECU from car,then remove PCB to check

 

Use multimeter to measure triode on ECU,HI14CL36 damaged

Solution need to replace HI14CL36 triode
