Autel MaxiSys MS908 Initialize Window Regulator for BMW E90 328 2006

In this guide,car-auto-repair.com will show you the procedures on how to use Autel MaxiSys MS908 to initialize window regulator for BMW E90 328 2006.In this example BMW rear right window does not work.After replacing window regulator,it can not go all the way up and down.So we need to initialize the window regulator.More BMW Repair case,check here:BMW Repair

Procedures:

Connect Autel MS908 to BMW E90 obd port,then enter menu to select “Diagnostics”

Select “Auto detect”

Wait for scanning

After VIN scanning,please check and then click “OK” to continue

Click “Yes” to continue (sometime it will show different,but just ignore)

Reading control-nit information

Select “Hot Function”

Select “Window,door and..”

Select “Initialise window regulators”

Just follow the guide to switch ignition

Click “Yes” to continue

Select “Passenger’s side,rear”

It will prompt you with massage:

Do you want to start the initialisation of the power window on passengers side,rear?

The window will be opened and closed

Caution-Risk OF INJURY

The anti-trapping mechanism is NOT active during initialisation

Click “Yes”

Once the initilisation procedures is complete,check whether you can open and close the window on the passenger’s side,rear in automatic mode without a fault occurring..

Click “Continue”

After initialization complete,the dashboard will show status normally,and try to test rear right window work status.
