VW Passat 2015 MQB Keyless Go Programming by Zed-Full via OBD

In this instruction,car-auto-repair.com show you the procedures on how to use Zed-Full immobilizer programmer to perform keyless go programming for VW Passat 2015 MQB system.

Procedures:

Connect Zed-Full to VW Passat obd port

Select [OBD Application]

Select “VAG” vehicle brand

Select [Auto Detect] and click Continue button

Turn ignition ON with working key by press “Start-Stop” button then press Continue button

Vehicle system is detected press “Continue” button

Select extract pin code then press Continue button

It will cost you 20 credits if the pack is not loaded,click “Yes” to continue

Turn ignition ON,then press Continue button

To extract pin code and CS instrument cluster will be reset then the cluster will be taken to programming mode.Click “Yes” button

If you get “Turn ignition ON with a programmed key” massage,remove the battery of the working key then turn ignition on.

Hold the working key (without battery) close to the ignition then press Start/Stop button.Cluster lights will be on.

 

Keep holding the key close to the ignition then select “Extract pin code”

Keep holding the key close to the ignition then press Continue

Click “Yes”

Checking flash data…

Pin code and CS is extracted press Continue

Zed-Full is saving log file,it may take up to 30 seconds.

When completed Zed-Full will go back to previous menu automatically.

 

After extracting pin code put back the battery to the working key

Since the car has a keyless go key,select “Prox Key” key menu

Key information show as below

New key to be added must be precoded first so select “Yes”

Select vehicle brand as VW

Insert the working key to the Zed-Full Antenna first then press Continue

Insert the new key to be programmed to the Zed-Full antenna then press “Continue”

Key is precoded.

We do not want to precode another key so press “No”

Input total key amount to be programmed then press “OK”

 

Make sure the ignition is on.

If the cluster lights are not on press “Start-Stop” button once then press “Continue”

Hold the key close to the antenna the press Continue

When key is programmed the number on the cluster will change from 0-2 to 1-2

Hold the second key to the antenna then press “Continue”

Then the second key is programmed the number on the cluster will change from 1-2 to2-2.

 

To leave programming mode procedure must be completed,this may take around 10 seconds.If the car won’t leave programming mode repeat the key programming step again.
