How to Use Zed-Full Program Key For Fiat Egea (OBD Can’t Support)

Procedures:

Connect Zed-full to Fiat Egea OBD port

Enter menu to select OBD application

Select “Fiat”–>”Fiat-EU”

Select “Immobiliser”–>”Pre-coding chip”

 

Select system “Delphi Meg.AES chip NEC MCU”

Turn ignition ON then press “Continue”

Current,reading car data from BSI through OBD is not supported.Please follows these steps respectively;

1.Remove BSI module from the car and use 265the eeprom module to get required car datat

2.Inert BSI module back to car and follow OBD key programming steps

Remove BSI unit which is just under the steering wheel

You must solder 1KΩ Resistor between blue and red cables of the ZFH-C07/ZFH/C07-2 cable

After eeprom/MCU application BSI unit must be reinstalled to the vehicle and new key should be programmed via OBD

Back main menu to select “Eeprom and MCU”

Select “Fiat”–>”Module 265 NEC D70F3556…”

Clcik “App.Info”,you may see more details

Connect ZFH-C07 cable socket to Zed-FULL

Press “Continue button”

Select Eeprom or MCU type to be read from the list and press “Continue” button

Select “Read In Circuit”

Ensure that all wire and socket connection are OK and press “Read” button

Reading Eeprog/MCU is successful.Zed-Full programmer will keep the car data on its internal memory.Process will continue with OBD application on car.

Desolder ZFH-C07 cable wires from BSI and insert unit back to the car

After then select “OBD application”–>”Fiat”–>”Fiat ECU”–>”Immobiliser”–>”Pre-coding”–>”Delphi Meg.AES chip NEC MCU” respectively.

Then turn ignition ON and press “Continue” button

Connection is successful!

Car VIN number,pin code and key ID will be shown on Zed-Full screen

New key to be programmed must be precoded first.

Press “Continue” button

Put new key to be precoded to Zed-Full antenna and press “Continue” button

Pre-coding written

Press “No” to exit transponder precoding procedure

Press “Continue” button to program precoded transponders to the car

All non-programmed working key will be erased from cacr memory irreversibly and can not be programmed again.

Car has two working keys,we will add 1 key,so we enter 3 as total key quantity

Working key was already on ignition and ignition was “ON”,press “Continue”

1st key is on ignition,press “Continue” button

Put 2nd key to ignition and press “Continue” button

Put new key to be programmed (3rd key) to ignition and press “Continue” button

Programming successfully!

Now you can test all programmed keys
