How to use SerDia2010 to do Input Test A55 for Deutz Engine

This instruction show you guide on how to use SerDia2010 to perform input test A55 for Deutz engine.Especially for testing the control unit hardware part of this program was introduced. Despitevarious hardware fuses in the controller itself, it may happen that an output of the control unit through an improperly connected Component (e.g., a tank heater valve) destroys. With this test can be made an examination of the destroyed output “A55”. The test is not 100% reliable, you
should make another test to check the result.

After selecting and executing the Service Test Case Input A55 the following message appears on
the screen, which can be confirmed with the green arrow.

Please follow these steps:

1 Assure that the new engine dataset is stored on the ECU

2 Assure that the main heater relais (K31) and tank heating valve (Y31) are electrically disconnected.

3 The next measurement will show the state of the ECU

If a test condition is not met, the process will be aborted with this message.
