HITACHI ZX-6 Revering Valve Operation Check Guide

Here is the instruction show you guide on how to perform revering valve operation for HITACHI ZX-6 excavator.

 

What You Need?

Hitachi Dr.ZX diagnostic Tool

Hitachi AllinOne MPDr v3.32 v2.25 2021 Diagnostic Software Free Download

 

 

Connect Hitachi Dr.ZX cable to HITACHI ZX-6 excavator diagnostic port

Then Run HITACHI AllinOne software on desktop

Select “Functions”à”Engine”à”Active Test”

Then select “Operation Check of Revering Valve”

Please carry out only in the state of key switch ON

Revering Valve checking of operations cannot be carried out during engine operation

It cannot carry out,when DEF/AdBlue tank temperature or DEF/AdBlue supply module temperature is less than-5 deg C.

Please  carry out after carring out warmth of the body and carring out DEF/AdBlue tank temperature and DEF/AdBlue supply module temperature more than -5 degC.

 

Procedures:

1 Please change into a key switch ON state (Engine Stopped)

2 Depress start button

One time 60 seconds turns on a valve (Opened),it turn off automatically in 60 seconds (Closed)

3 Please check whether the operation sound of Reverting Valve in a DEF/AdBlue supply module can be heard

4 After work,turn key OFF

Click [Start].
The forced operation is continued while “Executing” is displayed.
Click [Stop] if you want to stop the forced operation.

 

Turn the key switch OFF.
