G-Scan 2 Initialize Power Window Regulator for BMW X3 F25 2015

This instruction show the guide on how to use G-scan 2 diagnostic tool to initialize power window regulator for BMW X3 F25 2015.And for more G-Scan 2 test report,please check here:G-Scan 2 Test Projects.

Procedures:

Connect you G-scan 2 diagnostic tool to BMW X3 F25 2015 by OBD port,then access [DIAGNOSIS] to select vehicle.

BMW–>X SERIES–>X3(F25)(2010-present)–>Body system–>FRM

Then select [OK] to continue

Go to [Special Function]

Select [Initialise power window regulators]

You can initialise the power windows as follows using the diagnostics procedures.

Connect the battery charger to the vehicle before performing the initialisation.

Close all vehicle doors

The relevant power windows is activated during initialisation.

The power windows will be denormalised and subsequently reinitialised

Initialisation status:

Driver’s side:Power window regulator-Normalized

Passenger’s side:Power window regulator-Normalized

Rear driver’s side:Power window regulator-Normalized

Rear passenger’s side:Power window regular-Normalized

 

Select power window regulator:

Note:Close all door to initialise the power window regulators

Here we select F6:Rear driver’s/passenger’s side

 

Do you want to start the initialisation of the power windows regulator?

The window will be opened and closed

CAUTION -DANGER OR INJURY

The anti-trappig mechanism is NOT active during initialisation.

Select [OK] to continue

The initialisation procedures has started

The window will be denormalised and subsequently reinitialised

Now initialization procedure has been started

Once the initialisation procedure is complete,check whether you can open and close the window in automatic mode without a fault occuring (one-touch control function)

After initialization is all done.Select OK to finish.
