2 Governor MAX deviation : the positive deviation of the governor is more than 15% for 1000ms
3 Governor MIN deviation : the positive deviation of the governor is more than -15% for 1000ms

6) Condition for Clearing the Fault Code
1 Open Stop : It is range from 534mV to 888mV between 240 and 215 Pin
2 Governor MAX deviation : The Governor Deviation is not going for 480ms
3 Governor MIN deviation : The Governor Deviation is not going for 480ms
