If oil pressure sensor voltage is greater than 4712 mV for 2 seconds,

 

5) Condition for Clearing the Fault Code

If oil pressure sensor voltage is less than or equal to 4712 mV for 1 second

 

6) Check List

Step 1:P1522 is occurred on service tool?

Go to Step 2

 

Step 2:Park the machine in a safe area and Key OFF.

Go to Step 3

 

Step 3:

Check oil quality,Oil quality problem?

Yes,Replace the oil

No,go to Step 4

 

Step 4:

Check Sensor connector for damaged, bent, corroded or loose pins.

Connection problem?

 

Yes,Do necessary repair

No,go to step 5

 

Step 5:

Check ECU connector for damaged, bent, corroded or loose pins.

Connection problem?

 

Yes,Do necessary repair

No,step 6

 

Step 6:

Key ON and check the sensor voltage.

* Variable ;

– Oil pressure sensor voltage (Oil_uRawPSwmp)

The sensor voltage conforms to sensor characteristic?

 

Yes,go to step 7

No,replace sensor

 

Step 7:

Check for continuity & electrical insulation of wire harness.

Electrical problem?

 

Yes,Repair or replace Wire harness

No,repeat steps again.
