DIY:Benz GLK Sun Glasses Holder Retrofit /Install

This article show the guide on how to retrofit or install sun glasses case your car.For some vehicle models,you will find there is a handle at top of the deriver side.It westes the space or free handle for driver,because you would never to use this handle when you driving.So in this article,I highly recommend you to retrofit it as a glasses case,it is very useful.

 

What you need to for sun glasses case retrofit:

1.Screwdriver

2.Auto Sun glasses case(I buy it from Amazon,you need to look for suitable glasses for yours).And here I take the Benz GLK as example.The installation of different vehicle models are same,just follow this one.And I list some common vehicle models sun glasses holders below.

Procedures of sun glasses case retrofit:

 

This is the picture before retrofiting

Use the small screwdirver to remove clips

And you need insert the small screwdriver into the clip gap,then pull out the grab handle carefully.

The structure of sun glasses holder is same as the grab handle,show as below

And the installation is so easy,you just push the sun glasses holder into holes.

Finally,install the two clips back

Note:for some vehicle model,when you remove the clips,you will see the screws(BMW).It is easier than the example I take in the article.
