AVDI Program New Keys for Harley Davidson Motorcycle

Harley Davidson Motorcycle Add New Key Procedures by AVDI:

Start off by removing the side plastic cover to get access to the diagnostics connector

Then connect the CB305 cable connector to diagnostic port

Turn on the ignition

The fuel pump button must be in the “RUN” position

Start the AVDI programmer Bike software and open the Key Learning menu

Then select “Diagnostic”–>”HARLEY DAVIDSON”

Click “Next” to continue

Then wait for diagnostic session establishing

You will see the key positions and can select any one of them

Here select “Key FOB 2” and click “Next” to continue

Enter Key FOB Serial Number,then click “Next”

Operation completed successfully

The key has been successfully added

Now you can test the new spare key on Harley Davidson
