Steering Angle Sensor Calibration by G-Scan on Chevrolet Bolt EV

Here is a short article of Steering Wheel Angle Sensor Learn function by G-Scan on 2018 Chevrolet Bolt EV. This calibration is required after replacing steering angle sensor.If you want to know more about Chevrolet Repair cases, please visit Chevrolet Trouble Repair.

Steps

Connect G-Scan3 to Cherolet Bolt EV obd port, then enter menu to select “Diagnosis”

Select “GM”–> “AUTOMATIC SELECTION”

Click “OK”

Click “OK”

If you replace the steering wheel angle sensor, you need to perform “Steering Wheel Angle Sensor Learn” function using a scan tool.

Select “Steering Wheel Angle Sensor Learn”

Align the front wheels straight and center the steering wheel, after that click “OK”

Click “OK”

Function is completed.
