Smart 453 All Key Lost Programming by AVDI Programmer

This instruction show you the procedures of how to use AVDI programmer to perform all key lost programming for Smart 453.The steps same as Renautl Twingo,so here use Renault online software to do it. And for more AVDI key programming,check here:AVDI Programmer Test Projects

 

Procedures:

Connect your AVDI programmer to your car OBD port

Start the Renault online software and select “Twingo”–>”Twingo III”(Same as Smart 453)

Select “Key Learning”–>”Learn Key”

Press and hold START button to begin

Then please turn ignition ON and press NEXT button when read.

Note:If you intend to learn a new card/key use it now!

Select  “Reading PIN”,it will ask you “Do you have a working key”

Just click “NO”

Turn Ignition ON with mechanical key and click OK

During the PIN reading all keys/cards will be deleted!

You must finish the procedure by adding at least one key/card

When PIN reading complete,it will ask you to switch IGNITION OFF and click OK to continue

PIN show as below

Select number of keys to learn

You must prepare the new key with ProTag

Click OK to continue

Insert key/card 1 and turn ignition ON,then press NEXT button to continue

Key learning complete

Done!
