Disassembling the electrical connection of the spring-loaded brake

 

Requirements

– Truck parked securely – see operating instructions.

 

Procedure

Detach the battery connector – see operating instructions.

Undo the cable clamps (6).

Undo the screw connections (2) on the terminal box cover (1)

Undo the plug connection (3) of the electrical connection (5)

 

Requirements

Truck parked securely – see operating instructions.

Spring-loaded brake is fited – see service manual module 001 002 062 00003.

 

Procedure

Establish the electrical plug connection.

Apply the terminal box cover (1) with the notches (2) facing downward. Ensure that no cables are trapped.

Establish the screw connections of the terminal box cover.

Secure the electrical connection with cable clamps.

Insert the battery and connect the battery connector.

Test the function of the spring-loaded brake.
