3) Condition for Running Diagnostic
Non-continuous diagnosis in post-drive
4) Condition for Setting the Fault Code
The average of relative sensor NOx curve slope read from the sensor is outside the tolerance band and
the debouncing has expired the limits (Between 50% and 150%)
5) Condition for Clearing the Fault Code
The average of relative sensor NOx curve slopes read from the sensor is inside the tolerance band and
the debouncing has expired the limits (Between 50% and 150%)

 

6) Check List

Step 1:

P1A32 is occurred on diagnostic tool?

Yes,go to step 2

 

Step 2:

After let the machine be in safety area and turn
off the key switch

Yes,go to step 3

 

Step 3:

Check DCU connection connection problem?

Yes,no necessary repair

No,go to step 4

 

Step 4:

Check sensor connection Connection problem?

Yes,No necessary repair

No,go to step5

Step 5:

Check Network (CAN line, resistance of H/L) Network problem?

Yes,no necessary

No,go to step 6

 

Step 6:

Check continuity and electrical insulation Electrical problem?

Yes,fix harness

No,change sensor.
