Fendt MT800E Tractor DEF Tank Temperature Does Not Change Solution

Here is the instruction show yo guide on how to solve Fendt MT800E tractor DEF tank temperature does not change during the heating cycle.

 

Preparations:

AGCO EDT 2024

AGCO 2×4 CANUSB

 

Code SA 00 SPN 3031 FMI 10

The DEF tank temperature does not change during the heating cycle.

 

Diagnosis and solution

Clear the error log.

Restart the engine module.

If the fault code shows again during the next driving cycle, check the following.

Check the coolant supply of the tank heating element.

Install a new DEF tank heating valve to see if the original is bad.

Check the DEF tank temperature sensor harness. Make sure the connections are good and the contacts are clean.

Replace the DEF tank temperature sensor. If the system is correct and the fault code is not active, the original sensor is bad.
