Cab fan

Error identification

Prohibited voltage level on the output signal to the cab fan.

 

Cause

Short circuit in the output signal to the cab fan.

 

Notes

The auxiliary heater is working correctly.

 

Action

Check the power supply. Measuring point 2 in the harness-to-harness connector from the auxiliary heater towards the vehicle cable harness and earth.

From battery voltage – 1 V.

Check harness-to-harness connectors and wiring.

If the fault code recurs, renew the control unit.
