JCB JS140/205/215 P0115-16 Coolant Temperature Sensor Short Circuit to Ground
Possible Cause:
1 Coolant temperature sensor wire harness circuit short circuited internally.
2 Faulty Coolant temperature sensor.

Diagnosis:
1 Check the connectivity between circuit no 4303B & 4069 by help of multimeter after disconnecting the coolant temperature sensor & MECU. Refer below photograph.
2 Check the resistance between coolant temperature sensor terminals. Multimeter should not measure zero resistance between sensor terminals.
Corrective Action:
1 Replace the faulty wire harness.
2 Replace the faulty sensor.
