Service Procedure

Important: Stop the engine and let it cool before you start work. Do not start the engine during the service procedures. (SN0001)

1 Check for any debris or water inside the connector terminals. This may be as a consequence of pressure washing, loose connectors or poor connector sealing.

2 Check the harness is not damaged and is routed correctly.

3 Check seat harness for correct fitment.

4 The signal may also be checked using ServiceMaster. Switch ignition ON and using Servicemaster BHL machine diagnostics tool, navigate to tab 3.11 ‘Seat Position Status’.

5 There is a disagreement if there is input from both J1-08 and J2-03.
