How to Reset TCU for Benz VGS3 NAG2 by Launch X431

This instruction show you guide on how to use Launch X431 to erase transmission control (TCU) for Mercedes Benz VGS NAG2, VGS2 NAG2, VGS3 NAG2.Benz models: VGS NAG2, VGS2 NAG2, VGS3 NAG2. Mercedes V49.60 and above

 

Procedures:

Enter the software and click “Theft protection”

Click “Expert mode”

Network is required to download the wiring diagram. Please make sure that the network is well connected and click “OK”

Click “OK”

Click “Transmission Control Unit(TCU)”

After the module is removed and connected according to the wiring diagram, click “OK”

Click “Completely erase module”

Click “OK”

Display the transmission information of the unprecedented erasing, and click “OK” to start erasing

Erasing

The erase is successful, and the transmission information after the wipe is displayed. Click “OK” to exit the function
