How to Remove Powerpack for Paccar AS Tronic 1000

This instruction show you guide on how to remove powerpack for Paccar AS Tronic lite 6AS1000 TO engine.

Procedures:

Remove screw 02.230

Remove screw 02.190

CAUTION
The powerpack must be cleaned before the connectors are removed. Contamination in the oil
circuit of the automation module may result in malfunctions and damage.

3 Do not unscrew, only loosen the pipe fittings on the powerpack.
4 Unscrew the pipe fittings on the transmission actuator.

 

CAUTION
Contamination in the oil circuit of the automation module may result in malfunctions and damage.
5 Close open pipe ends using plug 0637 510 050

CAUTION
Contamination in the oil circuit of the automation module may result in malfunctions and damage.
6 Close open transmission actuator connections using plug 0637 510 609.

7 Remove screw 68.150.
8 Remove clamp 68.180 and spacer bush 68.170.
9 Unscrew pipe 68.100.
10 Close open pipe ends using plug 0637 510 050.
11 Close open powerpack and clutch actuator connections using plug 0637 510 609.

12 Unscrew two screws 01.040 and 01.060.
13 Screw in two guide screws M8 (1) and (2).
14 Unscrew screws 01.030, 01.050 and 01.070 and remove together with bushes 01.150,
01.170.
15 Remove the powerpack 01.010.
16 Take off the bushes 01.160, 01.180.

 

17 Unscrew guide screws (1) and (2).

CAUTION
Contamination in the oil circuit of the automation module may result in malfunctions and damage.
18 Unscrew pipes 02.160, 02.170, 02.200, and 02.210 on the powerpack.
19 Close open pipe ends using plug 0637 510 050

20 Close open powerpack connections using plug 0637 510 609.
