HITACHI ZX-6 Excavator Urea Water Pipe Leak Test by MPDr

Here is the instruction show you guide on how to perform urea water pipe leak test for HITACHI ZX-6 excavator.

 

What You Need?

Hitachi Dr.ZX diagnostic Tool

Hitachi AllinOne MPDr v3.32 v2.25 2021 Diagnostic Software Free Download

 

 

Procedures:

1 Click [Urea Water Pipe Leak Test].

2 Click [Start].
The forced operation is continued while “Executing” is displayed.
After checking leakage, click [Stop] button.
Click [Stop] if you want to stop the forced operation.

 

 

DEF/AdBlue piping leak test can not be enforced whie the engine is running.

Enforce it only when the key switch is ON

It can not be enforced when the DEF/AdBiue tank temperature or the DEF/AdBlue supply module temperature is -5degC or lower.

Enforce it after warming up the machine and the DEF/AdBlue tank temperature and DEF/AdBlue supply module temperature is SdegCor higher.

 

[Procedures]

1) Turn the key switch ON. (Be sure not to start the engine.)

2) Press the [Execution] button.

3)The pump of DEF/AdBiue supply module cperates and increases the DEF/AdBlue pressure to 900 kPa.

4)Ensure that no DEF/AdBlue leakage from the DEF/AdBlue piping or dosing module.

5)Aner checking leakage. press the [5!op] button.

Turn the key switch OFF.
