Fendt MT1149 Tractor DEF Tank Temperature Sensor Signal Error Solution

This instruction show you guide on how to solve Fendt MT1149 tractor measured DEF tank temperature sensor signal is above or below normal operating range.

 

Preparations:

AGCO EDT 2024

AGCO 2×4 CANUSB

 

 

Code SA 00 SPN 3031 FMI 03

Measured DEF tank temperature sensor signal is above normal operating range.

Diagnosis and solution

 

Clear the error log.

Restart the engine module.

If the fault code occurs again during the next driving cycle, check the following.

Check the DEF tank temperature sensor harness. Make sure the connections are good and the contacts are clean.

Replace the DEF tank temperature sensor. If the system is correct and the fault code is not active, the original sensor is bad.

Code SA 00 SPN 3031 FMI 04

Measured DEF tank temperature sensor signal is below normal operating range.

 

Diagnosis and solution

Clear the error log.

Restart the engine module.

If the fault code occurs again during the next driving cycle, check the following.

Check the DEF tank temperature sensor harness. Make sure the connections are good and the contacts are clean.

Replace the DEF tank temperature sensor. If the system is correct and the fault code is not active, the original sensor is bad.
