Benz W210 FBS 3 All Key Lost Programming by Zed-Full Programmer

In this article,i will show you step-by-step guide on how to use Zed-Full programmer to perform all key lost programming for Benz W210.

 

Benz W210 All Key Lost Programming:

Power on Zed-Full,enter menu to select [MB IR-PROG]

Select [Program]

Select [Lost Key]

Note:If there is no working key available use this option (all key lost)

Select [SERVER (FBS 3 System)]

Note:ZFH-MCA,Zed-NET,IR-PROG,ZFH-C09 parts are required for this application

Connect ZFH-C16 cable to ZFH-MCA adapter

Connect Zed-NET to ZFH-MCA adapter

Connect ZFH-C15 to ZFH-MCA adapter and connect ZFH-UTE to ZFH-C15 cable

 

Connect ZFH-C10 to ZFH-MCA adapter and connect IR-PROG to ZFH-C10 cable

 

Connect ZFH-C16 cable to EXERNAL PORT on Zed-Full back port

Press Continue button

Press on [Select System (C09)] and select “CLASS E W210” EZS/EIS type on list

Connect ZFH-09 cable to [OBD2 DONGLE] port on Zed-Full back port

Connect ZFH-C09 cable pins to related pins on EZS/EIS socket as shown on Zed-Full screen

Make sure ZFH-C09 pins are connected to EZS/EIS pins properly and press on  Continue

Data is being read from EZS/EIS unit.

Press continue button on Zed-Full screen

All required ZFH-MCA connections have already been done.Now insert ZFH-UTE to EZS/EIS (ignition) and press Continue button

 

Successful

Zed-NET has already connected to this Wi-Fi network

For password calculation ZFH-UTE must be connected to EZS/EIS unit.

To start process press on Continue button

Each password calculation will take about 30 minutes.

30 minutes later

The password calculation will take up to 2 minutes

If password calculation fails,Zed-Full will continue the process automatically till calculating password.After password calculation,key list will be viewed on Zed-Full screen.

Either Empty or Used marked slots can be selected to program a new key.(“Used” marked slots shows the existing programmed keys on this car memory)

In this case programming a new key on a “Used” marked slot,new programmed key will start the car but same slot old key will not.

Here select “3-Used”,and press Continue button

Key data is generated

Select “EA Key (IR)”

Put “EA” version key to “IR-Prog” and press “Program” button

“EA” version key is being programmed to to the car.
