Benz W204 W207 W212(Old) All Key Lost Programming by Zed-Full

This instruction show the guide on how to use Zed-Full immobilizer system to do all key lost programming for Mercedes Benz W204 W207 W212(old).And for more Benz key programming check here:Mercedes Benz Key Programming Projects.

 

Procedures:

Select “MB-IR-PROG”

Select “Program”

Select “Lost Key” and click “Continue”

Select “SERVER BGA/FBS3”

ZFH-MCA,Zed-NET,ZFH-UTE adapter are also required for this application

 

Connect “ZFH-C16” cable to “Zed-Full” EXTERNAL Port

Connect “Zed-NET” to ”ZFH-MCA” adapter

Connect “ZFH-C10” cable to “ZFH-MCA” adapter.

Also connect “ZFH-C10” cable to “IR-PROG”

 

Connect “ZFH-C15” cable to “ZFH-MCA” adapter and also connect “ZFH-C15” cable to “ZFH-UTE”

 

Click “Continue”

Press “Select System(C09/ZFH-MBCA)”

Connect “ZFH-MBC1” cable to “ZFH-MBCA” adapter and insert “ZFH-MBCA” adapter to Zed-Full “OBD2 Dongle” socket

 

Connect “ZFH-MBC1” cable to EZS/EIS module socket

Ensure that all connections are done properly and select “CLASS E W207” option,then press “Continue” button

ESZ/EIS unit has been read,press “Continue” button

“ZFH-MCA” connections have already been done.Now put “ZFH-UTE” to EZS/EIS unit(ignition) and press “Continue” button

“Zed-NET” has already been connected to this WiFi network,so not need to enter password again.Just press onto “ON” button to active “Zed-NET”

Zed-FULL is connecting to iEA SERVER to make Hash calculation

For password calculation “ZFH-UTE” must be connected to EZS/EIS unit.To start process press on “Continue” button

Then it will take about 30 minutes to calculate password,please wait…

Password calculated!

If password calculation fails,Zed-FULL will continue the process automatically till calculating password.After password calculation,key list will be viewed on Zed-FULL screen.

In case programming a new key on a “Used” marked slot,new programmed key will start the car but same slot old key will not.

 

Select “EA Key(IR)”put “EA” version key to “IR-PROG” and press “Program” button
