Volkswagen ECU MG1CA811 Clone by Launch X431 X-PROG3

Here is the instruction show you guide on how to use Launch X431 X-PROG3 to clone Volkswagen MG1CA811 ECU.

 

Device You Need:

Launch X431 X-PROG3 (Amazon shop)

 

Procedures:

Run X-PROG3 PC Adaptor software

Enter “MG1CA8” to search ECU

Click “Direct connection of diagram”

Now follow the diagram to build connection wire on ECU MG1CA811

 

After wire connection build,please click “Connect”

Then click “Read EEPROM data”

After EEPROM data reading processing done,save the EEPROM data on your PC

Click “Read FLASH data”,then save it on your PC

 

 

After then click “Disconnect” button

Then get another new/used ECU MG1CA811 to connect to Launch X431 X-PROG3

Also use “Read EEPROM data” and “Read FLASH data” to make backup files firstly

After then use “Write EEPROM data” and “Write FLASH data” to write the EEPROM and FLASH files that you save from original ECU MG1CA811 to the new/used ECU MG1CA811.
