Linde 1275 Series E16 Forklift Steering Angle Sensor Replacement Guide

This instruction show you guide on how to replace steering angle sensor for Linde 1275 series E16 forklifts.

 

Preparations:

2023 Linde Service Guide LSG 5.2.2 U0278 and 5.1.2 Free Download

 

Procedures:

Place the steering in the straight-ahead position and switch off the truck.

Disconnect plug 3X1 from the steering angle sensor.

Unscrew screw (2) from wiring guide (3) .

Remove the steering angle sensor wire from wiring guide (3) .

Unscrew four hexagon head screws M4 (1) and remove cover (6) from the steering angle sensor.

Remove the old steering angle sensor with O-ring (5) .

Insert new steering angle sensor with O-ring (5) .

Fit steering angle sensor cover (6) , screw in four hexagon head screws M4 (1) and tighten with 3 Nm.

Insert the steering angle sensor wire into wiring guide (3) .

Screw the screw (2) into wiring guide (3) .

Connect plug 3X1 from the steering angle sensor.

Switch on the truck.

Start the diagnostic program.

Adjust the steering angle sensor using the diagnostic program.
