This instruction show you guide on how to disassemble counterbablance valve for JLG X14JH
X14J – X390AJ,X17J,X19J – X550AJ,X23J – X700AJ.

Procedures:

1 Remove the O-Ring seals (49-50) from their seat in the valve housing (56).

2 Fix the valve (56) without damaging the motor matching surface and uscrew the valve plugs (48).

3 Remove the O-Ring seals (45) from valve plugs (48).

4 Remove the springs (46) from their seats in the valve housing (56).

5 Remove the spool (53) by sliding it and remove the spring seat (47).

6 Remove the other spring seat (47).

7 View of the loose valve components.
