How to Install E63 AMG Grille on Mercedes W212 2014-2016 facelift models

This article will show you the process about install E63 AMG Grille on Mercedes-Benz E-Class W212 2014-2016 facelift models, this apply for sedan and estate.

 

Procedures:

Remove rivet part nr A 124990 0492

Use torx T30 take out two screws

Screw part nr N000000 000825

Socket 8mm bolt

Screw part nr A001 990 60 36

Socket 10mm disconnect the ground line

Torx T30 screw part nr N000000 007095

Socket 10mm bolt part nr A002 990 7600

Use trim tool to help remove plastic wedge

Socket 8mm screw part nr N000000 001454

Disconnect temperature sensor,camera cable and main cables

Torx T10

Drill 4mm for all rivets

Remove carrier and grille

Install new start, then clip back grille and carrier

Rivet 4mm part nr A 003 990 9497

Then put everything back in, check the final look
