This instruction show you guide on how to use Hitachi MPDr diagnostic software to do injector operation checkup for HITACHI ZX-5B excavator.
What You Need?
Hitachi AllinOne MPDr v3.32 v2.25 2021 Diagnostic Software Free Download
Procedures:
Connect HITACHI Dr.ZX diagnostic tool Hitachi ZX-5B excavator,then run HITACHI ALLINONE MPDr
Click “Function”à”Engine/MF”à
Engine related operation check such as forced operation of valves and forced termination of the injector can be done.Items to be used vary depending on the machine model.
Item can be selected from related failure symptom or items list.
Click the [[A] Engine Operation Checkup] button.
Select “Item Selection”
Now select “Injector Operation Checkup (with engine running)
By following the procedure displayed on the monitor screen, click [Stop] button to stop cylinders.
Follow the procedure displayed on the monitor screen to operate other functions.”
Take action shown below after setting actual engine speed in the range of 800 to 1400 min-1.
[Procedures]
1) Depress transmit key to decrease idling speed to 250 min-1.
2) Select cyfinder to be stopped. Depress stop key.
*Depress stop key within 10 seconds after depressing transmit key.
*Unless actual engine speed is slower than 1400 min-1, stop key can not be depressed.
[Check Points]
1) Check change in engine sound and vibration.
2) Connect current probe to injector harness.Check for current off.
*Conduct checking within 10 seconds after depressing stop key.
