Doosan Machine Main Pump Pressure Sensor Check Guide

Here is a step by step guide on how to check main pump pressure sensor for Doosan machine.

 

Preparations:

Doosan Data Monitoring System DMS-5 DMS-3 Free Download

Doosan Diagnostic Tool

 

Main pump pressure sensor check

*Calibration judgement

4.1. Measure the input & output voltage of main pump pressure sensor

4.1.1. Check the output voltage when it is connected under unloaded condition.

4.1.2. Check the output voltage of the pilot pressure sensor while the machine is in operation.

(Take the DMS-5 monitoring data during the test)

4.1.3. Check if the voltage value measured at the pressure sensor is matched with the pressure indicated on the gauge panel.

4.1.4. Operate the machine and check if the pressure value indicated on the gauge panel is changed according to changes in the pressure.

*Operating voltage: 5V ± 5%, Output voltage: 1 ~ 5V, Operating current: max. 10 mA, Measuring pressure: 0 to 500 bar, Measurement tolerance: ±5%

*Formula for voltage-pressure conversion: Voltage = (0.00816 x Pressure) + 1

 

4.2. Check the physical condition of the main pump pressure sensor
